Management Team

Robert Bremner


Mr. Bremner has been in the real estate business since 1974. He is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. As a Principal of PMG he serves as a Director of Operations ensuring the efficient production of all reporting and management services to our clients.He has been involved as Regional Manager and Project Manager on properties around the country, at one time totaling more than 20,000 units. Prior to founding PMG, Mr. Bremner was a Senior Housing Development Officer for the Philadelphia Housing Finance Agency and oversaw the closing of construction and permanent loans of $ 20 million. He also worked for the Office of the Mayor of Philadelphia providing analyses and recommendations for Agency housing development programs. Mr. Bremner is a Real Estate Broker and a CPM Candidate having completed the 800, 500, 400 and 300 courses.

Matthew Bremner


Mr. Bremner is a graduate of the University of Tampa. He worked for several insurance agencies specializing in personal lines (property, liability, casualty), from 1998-2009. He also developed, owns, and manages residential real estate. He has joined Property Management Group to direct our financial operation and expand the management side of PMG’s business. He has a Pennsylvania salesperson’s license and has completed all the course work toward obtaining a Pennsylvania brokerage license.

Betsy Green

Director of Leasing

Ms. Green has been a licensed Real Estate salesperson since 1976. ,Before coming to PMG she was employed by Miller and Company where she was the Property Manager. Her previous employment involved residential sales for Bernard Meltzer & Co. and commercial management of a center city office building.Ms. Green has been a licensed Real Estate salesperson for over 25 years and has been an employee of PMG for 25 years. She currently holds an Associate Broker’s license and is a vice president.

Liza Melendez

Maintenance Supervisor

Ms. Melendez has been a maintenance supervisor for all our apartment clients for 20 years. She oversees and implements actions for all owner/tenant maintenance requests and sees that all ongoing services such as janitorial and snow removal are performed properly.

Nina D’agostino

Maintenance Supervisor

Nina has been with PMG for almost 20 years. Her knowledge of condo law and condo maintenance is unprecedented. Nina has been in the business almost 30 years and runs over 65 condo association

Charlie Sassaman


Mr. Sassaman is a graduate of Temple University. He joined the Financial team at Property Management Group 12 years ago to become the Director of Accounts Receivable. He was promoted to Controller in 2011 to manage of all financial operations.
