What Properties Do You Manage?
Property Management Group manages more than 1,000 residential rental properties in Philadelphia and its suburbs. We have a wide variety of properties from studio apartment to luxury townhomes. We also manage single family homes and condominiums.
How Do I Determine What is Available?
We generally receive 60 days prior notification of upcoming vacancies Because we are constantly filling our available rentals, the best way to determine what is available is to call our rental office at 215-545-7007. We promise a quick response! Some questions we will need to ask are; when are you moving, how many people, any pets, what area of city.
Do you allow pets?
We have some pet friendly properties.
How often do you get new listings?

Do you have furnished rentals?
No, but we can help you to obtain rental furniture for a unit.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, the application fee is $50.00 non refundable.
Is parking available?
Some apartments may have designated off-street parking or rental spaces but street parking is easy and free with a Parking Sticker from the Philadelphia Parking Authority. The price for the sticker is about $35 per year.
Do you offer Short term rentals?
All leases are for one year
